We would strongly recommend L&P Camper Vans for anyone looking into a British Colombia trip. With Barb, our trusty camper van of choice, we traveled around British Columbia for six sunny weeks checking out amazing mountain bike trials and having a great time. For the majority of our holiday we stayed at campsites and found the camper van to have everything we needed, which for such a long holiday is saying something. We really appreciated how easy the vehicle was to drive, the comfortable bed, ample storage and a good-sized fridge.
You get a personalized and friendly service from Lucie and Pavel, who are fantastic – from the big things (providing a great bike rack, which for a mountain bike holiday was a massive help) to small things (showing us how to use all the features of the vehicle and keeping onto our bike bags to give us more storage room in the van).
We found that a camper van like Barb was at home in the mountain bike world, with other mountain bikers either having a similar set-up as Barb, or coming over for a friendly chat to check out our camper van.

FANTASTIC RV!! Rides smooth just like a Mercedes should. Definitely very well maintained vehicle. Inside is a beautiful hard-wood interior custom built and absolutely amazing. They thought of everything you could need! Does have the older smaller diesel engine so don't expect to be in the fast lane going up highway hills, but honestly when you drive this beauty you don't want to go fast. Highly recommend this RV for anyone looking for a small-medium sized RV that is very maneuverable, reliable, comfortable, and built to get you almost anywhere in BC. Enjoy!

This was our very first time renting a camper van and we had the most amazing experience! We traveled with Simona (van) for 6 days (5 nights) in May with our 10 month old son and dog. The carpentry / design of the van is exquisite and the organization / storage is superb! We appreciated how clean the van was upon pick up, and also how Pavel took his time to teach us about how the van works, etc. Despite the cold nights we were always warm. The fridge had enough space for a weeks worth of food, and we had plenty of fresh water provided. The power unit was especially impressive. We had our baby camera and sound machine on for our son at night, and all our personal electronics were charged. The van is FULLY stocked with everything you may need (+ more) and the bed is super comfortable! Both Lucie and Pavel are helpful, respond quickly and were accommodating with our travel plans. We requested different pick-up / drop-off times (twice due to our schedule changes) and they were so understanding and quick to respond making it a stress free experience. Book them; you won't regret it. Bonus: you'll get amazing pictures too! We are excited to rent from them in the future. Thanks again for everything!
